BOONE, Iowa---Boone City Council Member, Gary Nystrom said Monday that one of the Councilmembers apprently knew about the time limitations for appointment to fill the 4th Ward seat and didn't say anything.

OGDEN, Iowa---The Ogden City Council has approved pursuing condemation to obtain access to a final piece of property for a major storm sewer project.

BOONE, Iowa---Next week at this time, those commuting between Boone and Des Moines, using Iowa Highway 17, will face a major detour. The Iowa DOT plans to replace the bridge deck on the Highway 17 Bridge over the Des Moines River.
